  • Why the banner in storefront disappears after changing the theme?
    When changing themes, GreenAward app will be removed in Theme Editor automatically. Please add it again by searching it in Theme Setting -> App embeds, and add desired section to Store Page
  • How to remove Green Products from selected list?
    Change all impacts of this product to 0 to make it unconfigured Click on the trashcan icon next to "unconfigured" to remove it from green product list.
  • How to configure products?
    Open “Green Products” page Click on the product you would like to configure Click on the “config” button on the left side of the variant you’d like to configure Type in the number for each impace Click “Save”
  • Why is my store website not showing any of the data?
    When the accumulated ammount for any of the impacts is 0, the strip will not show the data. Make sure to add the strip in theme editor to show if you’ll be able to see the data.
  • How to insert a display unit for sharable content?
    Open the “Dashboard” page Go down to the “Share to Social Media” section Click on the “insert variable” button. Which should open a drop-down menu Go through the drop-down menu to pick the display unit of your choice by clicking on it
  • How to apply one impact to all variants for the same product?
    Go to “Green Product” page Go through process to configure product Instead of clicking save, click on the “Save for all variants” button To confirm check the box next to the question “Are you sure you want to overwrite all variants? Click on the “Save for all variants”
  • How to upload your own image for the display unit?
    Unfortunately, for current version, if you want to upload your own image, you’ll have to request it through the Online Support Form HERE.
  • Why I can't find Green Loyalty app in theme editor?
    Green Loyalty uses app block feature that supports by Shopify themes to add real-time impacts on merchants' website. Please check whether your theme supports app blocks. If yes, you can try to refresh your browser and reopen theme editor. If not, please contact us for other solutions.
  • Will the reconfiguration of green products' reduced impacts affect my real-time impact data?
    If you reconfigure product that has linked orders, the impacts for existing orders will re-calculate. However, only those orders created after the date you install Green Loyalty app will be accumulated in your real-time impacts. If you wanna backlog previous orders, please contact us for help.
